November 2017 - Fair Oaks Women's Health announces a Toy Drive to help support Door of Hope. Door of Hope gives their absolute best to the families and therefore prefers new unwrapped toys so that our parents can have the joy of wrapping Christmas presents for their children. Toys for boys and girls of ALL AGES are needed. Just bring something to our office and drop it in the box! Thank you for your support of our 2017 Toy Drive.

November 2017 - Employee Justin Dai announces his engagement. Congratulations Justin !

October 2017 - Fair Oaks Women's Health is honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month with free pink ribbon stickers and breast cancer information cards for all patients and special gifts specifically for breast cancer survivors.

September 2017 - Dr. Jick, Dr. Fong, Dr. Mitri and Dr. Woo were selected as 2017 Pasadena Top Docs! Dr. Mitri was chosen as Los Angeles Magazine 2017 Super Doctor "Rising Star." Dr. Jick was selected as a 2018 Los Angeles Magazine Super Doctor, for the 9th year in a row.

March 2017 - Dr. Michael Mitri is accepted as a Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). This adds the initials FACOG after his MD degree. Congratulations Dr. Mitri !

February 10, 2017 - Our employee, Mercy Rodriguez, delivered a healthy baby boy today ! Julian weighted 6 lbs and was 18 inches long. Click here for a baby picture.

January 2017 - Dr. Michael Mitri receives confirmation that he passed his Ob/Gyn Oral Exam ("passed his Boards"), which was a 3-hour oral exam that took place in Texas last December. Dr. Mitri is now a Board-Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. Congratulations Dr. Mitri !

September 2016 - Fair Oaks Women's Health has opened up the "North Wing." This new addition has its own entrance, Suite 255A, and provides our office with another waiting room, a check-in and check-out area for patients, additional exam rooms and physician and nurse office space. Dr. Jennifer Park has relocated to this location.

August 2016 - Dr. Joanna Woo joins Fair Oaks Women's Health as our 5th Ob/Gyn doctor. Dr. Woo speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

May 2015 - Fair Oaks Women's Health teamed up with Pasadena Pellet Therapy to promote their services at the L.A. Ultimate Women's Expo at the Convention Center, May 16-17, 2015. Staff members who participated included Maral, Claudia, Diane, Maria, Margaret and Dr. Park.

April 2015 - Dr. Jick, Marina Jick, Claudia, Rachel, Maria, Diane, Margaret (and her husband Art) all walked 5K and together raised $2,300 for the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped this worthy cause!

March 2015 - Fair Oaks Women's Health acquires the MonaLisa Touch vaginal laser device and they start performing the Valayza vaginal laser procedure.

August 2013 - FOWH now has the preservative-free flu vaccine in stock. It is recommended for all pregnant women to have this vaccine, which is safe at any stage of pregnancy.

July 2013 - Dr. Park's Bio-identical Hormone Therapy using pellets is featured in Pasadena Magazine.

Dr. Jick was featured on a segment of the TV Show "Live Big with Ali Vincent."  Dr. Jick gave his first (and only!)
pre-pregnancy consultation to a patient while she was walking on a treadmill and being filmed for this episode.
The episode aired on Channel 7 KABC and also on the Live Well Network.

On June 25, 2011 Huntington Hospital presented "A Day of Good Health and Beauty." This free program included a complimentary luncheon. Over 50 Guests learned about menopausal hormone relief from Dr. Park as well as new treatments and prevention methods for severe headaches, and new ways to prevent and treat skin cancer from the other physician speakers.

Dr. Jennifer Park try to help a newlywed couple by sharing
her opinions and information about the benefits of the use

Fair Oaks Women's Health Supports Elizabeth House - (6/2010)

Elizabeth House is a shelter for homeless pregnant women and their children dedicated to changing lives one family at a time. Located in Pasadena, California, Elizabeth House provides a safe home, support and hope for women who find themselves pregnant and in a time of crisis.

Between March and June, 2010, our office had a clothing and baby goods collection box in the waiting room. This effort was led by our own Dr. Jennifer Park. Here is a photograph of Dr. Park and Dr. Jick with the Executive Director of Elizabeth House, Debbie Unruh, handing over the incredible amount of merchandise that we collected, all of which will benefit underprivileged pregnant women and their young children.
