Fair Oaks Women's Health accepts most forms of private health insurance, usually called PPO, sometimes EPO. We are In-Network for almost all PPO plans. We do not accept HMO, Managed Care or Medi-Cal.

Currently, we work with IHD (Innovative Health Diagnostics).

IHD is a private independent lab in Southern California. They have provided our office with an on-site collection station for the convenience of our patients.

Check your insurance plan to find out if they contract with IHD.

Fair Oaks Women's Health does not profit from these lab services and we are not affiliated with the lab. We offer them space in our office as a convenience to our patients.
